Why is "Siege Warfare" still broken?

Its rather simple and quick quest in Cyrodiil, which you can make at lvl 10 and gives you +1 skill point (so you can very easily obtain about 3 skill points at lvl 10 in Cyrodiil).

Sure game contains a lot of skill points, but at level 10 its rather low importance that game has 300+ skill points when you at that moment dont have enough to develop everything you want.

Which makes this easy and simple quest kinda important.

So why it doesnt work like it didnt work before last patch? I seriously wonder what could cause that two quest objectives dont count/trigger. This game has some crazy dependancies apparently.

To clarify what doesnt work, quest objectives are "hit target dummy with trebuchet, ballista, catapult". From these three only ballista works.

Its part of that quest sequence which you get when you go first time in Cyrodiil. Again, its something that might be encountered by new players rather early and it leaves very poor taste, if something doesnt work that soon.

I first went to Cyrodill this week as an attempt to find an alternative to VR levelling. Took me far to long to figure out the quest was broken and that I was not just doing it wrong. Pretty irritating.

Both this *and* Molag Bal are bugged for me. Talk about inconvenient.

Yeah, It's getting annoying. Need it on my alt, so I can start picking daily quests.

Been unable to progress for 3 days. Tried to abandon he quest, didn't work either. Was unable to talk to that other NPC to skip the training. So I'm stuck shooting with a broken trebuchet.

Should be high priority to fix, considering it's an introduction quest, that also needs to be cleared to use the daily guest boards.

Well, Molag Bal is far more important. Thought it was supposed to be fix already..

They are fixing it, how soon, no idea, but I imagine next week.

I'm sure they are working to fix a bunch of stuff but maybe let us know an order of priority or something? Giving deadlines for fixes is useless I know but if we knew what was getting fixed first and last we could work around it maybe. I hit this on my first alt last week and just said f'it rerolled and took the skip training option because I figured this one might take awhile and I wanted to vet in on bounty missions. I'm loving this game again now that I found my lag was a windows media player networking conflict. I plan on being around for awhile so loosing a few skill points to do what I want now or avoiding something until its fixed if it seems like it'll be timely is fine. It doesn't seemime they're communicating their priorities regarding fixes leaving e everyone in the dark so no one will be pissed about their personal pet peeves not being firstly on the list. I'm aplaying slowly and enjoying everything and feel like they're catering to the "end gamers" who are going to get bored and leave sooner and ignoring the core game that will keep players like me paying their sub for years.

After Beta and three months player subscription revenue, there is no excuse for the lack of game stability, resolution of quest related issues and class balance!
