Is it just me, or is it hard to find groups when you don't belong to a guild?

Dungeon groups yes. Zone groups no.

If you do not have friends in game it is pointless to group. Unless you are doing group dungeons, pvp, or craglorn stuff.

I once waited an hour searching for a group for spindle clutch once. Don't know if other people don't use the group finder feature or not.

Also, hard to find groups when no one is playing.

That thing sucks, because it's leveled. You can't lfg a dungeon that is too high or low level for you, so you're limeted even further to who can group with you. Zone is ok for dungeons, if you're on at the right time. A lot of people who just spam wts and wtb will ignore you. There's no real incentive to do a dungeon more than once. That's a huge problem for lower level characters, because most of the population is above 50 now. I can't imagine the horror of someone who just bought the game yesterday. They may be ok in that starting zone, but levels 20-50 are going to be tough for grouping.

Try getting a trial group in Craglorn then, talk about elitism
(especially if you're not one of the two favoured classes)

Yeah I was wondering about grouping for Craglorn. I did the beta and got the game on release, but I mostly waited till finals were over to play. I guess that's whats happens.
