What is the point to update the items of looted armor sets if you can not reach the item number?

After the Craglorn patch the loot armor sets now say they have 5 item sets now. So I look around and try to find new items of older set item drops but to no avail I could not find any. This is annoying I have heard no word over this. Is anybody finding these new items or this is just to make the set items look better.
