    FYI - There is no such thing as 'night capping' in a world wide MMO.
    FYI - There was no paid Beta. When they launched the game the Beta was over, even if you don't think it was.
    FYI - It's B2P not F2P. There is a difference.
    FYI - It doesn't take any player skill to mash keys or buttons in this game. The ones that stay alive longer have the better internet connection and speed.
    FYI - The game is not broken, it still works. It just has 'bugs' that need to be fixed.

    Now, this thread may not be representative of your general coherence, but do you think it may just have been difficult for them to understand what you needed?

    I contacted support regarding a forum issue just a few days ago. I received an e-mail within a few hours, and it was 100% clear that the rep was not using a canned reply.

    Submit a ticket for phone call back. I got a call back within a couple hrs on a Sunday night and they extended my game time a few days until the billing issue could be resolved. Worth a try.

    How many days have you been unable to play this week? I dont care about trouble. I care about REAL. I'm 50 yrs old and have been gaming a long time. I work 50 hrs a week & all I want to do is play this damn game afterwards. Im not some pre-pubescent ***. I have been playing this series for years. I dont have tons of cash so this 15 bucks a week is tough. All I ask is that the game works everyday and if it doesn't at least credit me....dont charge me full if its been broken..and not a day early. I'm sure Im not the only one, but I guess Im the only one dumb enough to ***....oh well.

    I don't think a phone call would be what they want from me right now....but...lol...they can call me if they want. You can all judge my response based on nothing but assumptions, but I assure you all This is not your average *** rant. Tomorrow is another day. Cheers.
