There's no avoiding the fact that lots of people have unsubbed from the game and the 5 guilds I'm in are becoming very quiet. Still I'm enjoying the game and have no plans to cancel, this despite all the problems that need addressed. I imagine there are loads of scarcely populated guilds around now with only those of us left that still have hope for the game. So maybe its time to consolidate onto fewer guilds but with more active players. The nature of end game requires regular active people to group so at some point there needs to be some consolidation of the fractured guilds that all sprung up in the launch.
