As per title, was wondering if the inclusion of weapon skins/appearance modifications is a possibility. No matter how distant.
One especially tied to crafting mind you.
Dyes as an achievement reward is a cheap way to get people to keep playing+become potential LFG tool members for others..but it is also, again, kill related.
Kill, loot, advance, you get the achievement eventually, you get a dye. Possible exception to the rule being fishing alone, and even then, you do occasaionally need to (you guessed it) kill prior to reaching your node

What the game needs badly is
non-combat related activities that can still pose as a lure to the combat enthusiasts. Key part this, this combination of secondary, non combat,
and attractive to all.
So how about weapon skins tied to their relevant prof? Woodworker for bow and staves skins, blacksmith for relevant ones. BOP or non-BOP, your call. But in all honesty, if one has both the time and the guild, crafting is.. not exactly what it was meant to be on paper.
This would be a nice way of spicing it up while simultaneously completing the appearance modification part of the game.
