Craglorn Anomaly chests - still not dropping appropriate glyphs for VR12 (so far)

I am VR12 and decided to see for myself what the changes were to the Anomalies.
As reported elsewhere, a lot less loot (as opposed to just slightly reduced). You do get gold if you don't get any drops.
As for glyphs, I do get higher glyphs, but still not appropriate for my level. As VR12 I would think Splendid glyphs would drop so I could use them to enchant my crafted equipment. Only Greater glyphs have dropped for me since the patch (which is higher than ever before, just not correct for my level).
Any VR8 - VR12 player get a Splendid glyph to drop? I am curious.

PS - My data is limited to about an hour of doing Anomalies last night. I know it's not a large sample of the new rules, but I wanted to put this out there to see if anyone had different results.
