ETA On Restoring Zone Quest Completion Achievements

Has there been any word as to when people's completed quest achievements will be restored?
I'm sure you're already aware that 1.2 wiped everyone's achievements. Though in the progress toward the Faction title, they remain completed, but some zones were bugged and I was unable to complete them prior to 1.2. Such as Shadowfen and The Rift for example. I'm back to zero on those, and everything has been done.
