Obsidian Scar - Shy Shurk/Conqueror of Obsidian Scar Achievement

In the dungeon Obsidian Scar at Rivenspire, there is a Public Dungeon called Obsidian Scar. I killed all bosses inside for the achievement EXCEPT Shy Shurk, but I got the achievement anyway? Other people in chat have experienced this too. So should Shy Shurk be removed from the achievement list or added to the game if the character was forgotten about?
