Aldmeri (reapear's march) Vampirism effect but NPC didn t spawn for questline

after i was bite by a bloodfiend it supposed at the nearest shrine an NPC called Vorundil should spawn and give me the "Scion Of The Blood Matron"quest.
after 24 hours and being bite for another 3 4 times by bloodfiends NO NPC SPAWN.
what i did so far:
-went to all shrines but no result.
-went to vampire shrine to talk with rahaja but no result.
any sugestions?

hummm, how about going into the crypt?, the shrine is the entrance, that's where you do the really ez quest for vampirism

Vorundil should be close to the wayshrine in Rawl'kha, you should be able to see the quest marker from the shrine..

You do have the "Vampirism" buff, right?

Yeah that was going to be my suggestion to look and make sure you have the buff. Just getting smacked around isn't a guarantee you are infected.

case closed.Vorundil sudenly appeared near rawl'kha altho i passed before 10 times near that spot.hail Vorundil !!!!
