Cant hear NPC Voices anymore

This wouldn't be so bad if every quest You could read the quest but some quests You need to listen to them have a conversation while You stand there. I have realtech high definition audio on my new ASUS I7 core with GEFORCE GTX 765M . All my drivers are up to date. I did the repair to the game files in case that was a issue and still no result. Anyone else experienced this problem? Any other ideas on a fix?

Did you crash or anything before the voices stopped? If you sound works for your system and other game sounds, just not the voices then it sounds like some type of corruption on the NPC sound files. If you have any addons maybe disable those and see if it helps.

Hi there, @roechacca. Looks like you already took care of the first troubleshooting steps (running the Repair function and checking your drivers). I apologize if you've already looked into this, but have you checked to ensure that the "Dialogue Volume" option didn't accidentally get turned down in your Audio settings? Below is a screenshot of the Audio settings.
