Billing screwed up again?

Anyone notice if they got billed this month, when their statement said earlier they would not be charged until July 8th? Earlier this month, I checked my statement to find that my billing did not charge me for June. That was fine as I assumed it was because I never got the first initial payment returned when I signed up and ended up paying double. Now I just got a notice that it went ahead and billed me this month anyway, after it showed I would not be charged until July. What is up with billing? I still never received the free 30 days. Checked my bank statement, and it was never returned. Oh, and just checked my husbands account too.
