Glenumbra VR: Lady Eloise's Lockbox
Killed the boss, got the lockbox, gone to where this NPC should be, she's not there.
Log out, log in, still broken. Abandoned it, now can't find the NPC again to re-do it.
ESO - An MMO where it's random whether you'll be able to complete a quest or not.
