Cyrodil group bug - Anything planned? I've seen many maintenances, but no fixes towards it?

I'm really curious to how ESO/Zenimax are going around all these bug *** ups through out the whole game?
Why publish a game with so many errors?
Why make the charge of the game so high each month, for you to not understand our frustration throughout the game?
You give us little to do, but PVE till v10-v12, then goto a buggy PvP zone, which is mostly run by Emperor's and Zergs, because most of the time, when organised raids actually set up, the server starts to boot people, and then the group bug fix's in.
I've reached Veteran level 3 times, I'm not ready to reach it the 4th, since I'm so interested in proceeding Cyrodil more, but I can't do that, because every group I join, I either get kicked off the server for half an hour/hour, because of this stupid bug fix, and because the owner of the group can't be bothered to kick the offline out of the group because 'dw, they'll be back in a second, just wait'
- Half the group gets kicked
'Dw, they'll all be back in a second ok!?'
