How many do you find per week? Doesn't matter if your looking for them or just stumble upon them, how many.

i wish you had the ZERO option cause i CANT find them ... or the PURPLE RECIPES... they REALLY need to fix the drop rate

I think finding one every week, or every other week, is a good drop-rate.

It's an MMO after all. These things were never meant to be thrown down like a glass of water when you're thirsty; more sipped on an enjoyed like a nice wine with dinner.

Seriously? I find tons of the lower ones, and since hitting vr3, have found 2 primal and 2 barbaric in 2 days.

I found all but altmer, primal, ancient elf and daedric. So its about 1-2 a week.

Although I am sure the last three will never come.

Since the changes, I have not found a single Motif.

Since launch I have found probably 12 or so and not farming either.

I think they went too far over on the slider.

I found some early on, then I wasn't finding any, now I'm finding them again. My answer reflects what I'm finding recently. I check containers every time I log in and check a bank to manage inventory, but beyond that I don't actively farm for them.

During Beta I found them all in Coldharbour... Since then I have not found 1 and I have two VR's

Honestly I didn't even think of adding zero. Judging my my experience I find one or two a night and I don't really look most of the time. I tried adding zero but couldn't edit the poll.

5 or 6 in the last 2 days, not even looking for them, just doing usual searching for provisioning ingredients.

I found loads in the first two weeks of launch then nothing for about a month.
Just this week I've started finding them again, I guess all the farmers have left.

That's funny. I find more motifs than green recipes lol. I never find recipes. I actually had one drop.

I find about one a week, maybe two if I'm lucky. I've noticed lately I've been getting only Altmer and Nord motifs.

Since Nerf I have found one. My Argonian found Argonian motif

Don't know if it was a bug, but once I found an orc motif on 3 different characters on the same day. This happened last week.

It just depends on how much I'm online. This week I've been online a lot and I've found at least one a day and 4 yesterday! And I'm not even looking for them anymore.

less than 1 these days. I used to try to farm them and I've got all but daedric now (which I'm not that mad about anyway), but I actually like trying to mix and match the best of all of them. I like Argonian chest, primal shoulders, barbaric belt and redguard everything else.

I just hit VR1 2 nights ago and I have only found 2 motifs since I started playing in early access. I found 1 in Vulkel Guard and the 2nd in Coldharbour.

I found some but it took heavy farming of containers. Until I did that I had not found any since early access. I still haven't found any 50+ level epic recipes. I pretty much gave up on those.

There's no option for zero. I found my first racial motif in three weeks just yesterday. And not for lack of looking, either!
I've found two or three blue recipes in the same amount of time, dozens of green ones, and never have I once found a purple recipe, at any level.

When I go all out I find about 3 a week.

Prior to update, I found about 6 a week.

While some people swear they are nabbing rare motifs left and right, 20 a day some claim, that hasn't happened with me.

back in early access I looted 10 motifs (all the 1-9 variety) without even trying to farm them. I used 8 of them, sold the other 2.

Since they changed the drop rates, I've looted one motif. One drop in over a month now, and it was argonian =/
