Elder scrolls online every time i press play game crashes. Please help. PC

every time i press play it comes up with elder scrolls online has stopped working.

The most annoying thing is i managed to play for a few hours a couple of days ago (awsome by the way).
i have tried several fixes such as run as admin.
change set graphics drivers to open GL.
iv tried the repair button and it didnt help.
so please help me play this amazing game. any help will be greatly appreciated.
