Elder dragon passive not working

The dragonknight elder dragon passive states that you receive a 5% bonus to health regen for each dragonknight ability on your bar. I currently receive a 0% bonus for each dragonknight ability on my bar. Anyone else having this problem?

    Yes.

    However I think the powers that be have been too busy nerfing things rather than fixing not working passives for the class. Sad state of affairs for my main, a 1hand and shield tank.
