Unknown Error Crash

I have been experiencing a crash only when i first try and zone in with a character. It only happens about half the time but still is annoying. It will load the zone and while loading, the game will go white and say that ESO isnt responding and i click wait for response and it goes back to loading and from here is where i either crash to login screen or load the zone. It is only on the first log in to the zone though, when i am logged in, all the load screens or load times are fast and smooth. Any ideas how to fix it?

Now i cant play at all and not one person can help and i have to wait till tomorrow to talk to a person to be able to play a game i pay 15 dollars a month for. What am i paying these clowns for, their support ( if you can call it that!) is only available when they want to be... and i cant log into the game and have had problems since patch 1.2! I am giving this game 1 more sub and if they don't get their S WORD straight I am gonna move on and go back to SWTOR. I love playing the game and it's diversity of builds is so great but FFS get some support for us NA ppl which i would bet it is a majority of your clients. Please listen to your players.

So for the last time, has anyone with this issue found a way to fix it? I would be for ever grateful!

Sounds like a performance issue of some kind. Or maybe I'm way off. In any case, have you tried these?

-Repair your install
-Disable your addons, delete any saved addon data
-Make sure your drivers are up to date
-Make sure your computer meets the minimum required specs

Yes to all those and my PC meets the specs lol.. i have 16 gb ram with a 4.0GHz quad core and a 7870. I just built this pc for this game and didnt have any problems until i updated to 1.2. also running windows 7 64 bit.

Ok wait i just deleted my saved variables folder and the problem seemed to be fixed... thank you for the help... SO MUCH
