Death ... To be or Not to be

It seems that there is a new Bug floating around .... every time I die it puts me in a state of limbo I'm dead but I can still move around and my health, stamina and magicka are at full. My body is NOT in ghost form but as if I had not died at all.
Also I can not interact with anything " cannot do that while dead"

I now have to Log out and log back in to continue playing.

Please this has to be fixed !!

I got this. Had to log out and in again, very annoying.

I get this in Cyrodil time to time as of the last patch.

During this error I see myself alive and my character responds to all controls. I followed an enemy zerg as a Ghost but I wasn't in a group so I couldn't report their movements. I couldn't interact with doors or anything but if I pressed "2" my spell would "fire off".

I actually didn't even know I was dead until I realized I wasn't damaging my target.

the game is almost unplayable ... I never really had a fear of being killed in the game ...but now I dread it, having to log out every time I die.

I recognice it. mainly from dungeons.
It's very irritating, /stuck does not work but does cost money.
Only relogging appears to fix it...
