The Army of Meridia (Coldharbor) bugged please help

Hello, I have been questing in Coldharbor a while now and i logged in this morning and carried on questing and finished the west area, when I noticed that the quest "The Army of Meridia" had just gone, I found the grounds keeper again only to find she gave me the quest again. The problem is that I have already completed all of the west area to get the Lights of Meridia while I had the quest before it just dissaperad, now I must re do the west area but cannot because I have already done it.

What exaclty is going on here I 100% did not drop the quest.

Any help would be great because as far as i can see this character is totally screwed now.

I participated in the beta to fix such nonsense. $79.99 and a 180 day subscription and this is what I get... how pathetic. and not once have they said "thanks for being patient with us" or given in-game items for all of the REAL TIME I've spend trying to work around these constant issues. Again, how pathetic.

it seems if you save the king first, this bug occurs, if you save the mage first, things go smoother.

try log out for 20 minutes, then back in, and go back to the fighter's guide see if there is anybody you can talk to.

Don't worry, if it's anything like the issue I'm having with the quest currently, you'll be staring at the 'unrescused' king in the fighter's guild in the 'unrestored' city for over a week no big deal.
-clears throat-
All frustration aside, this bug has been driving me crazy. I've tried to get customer serves for a while now with my first report forgotten I had to make a new one.
While I understand it might takes some time to find a problem and fix it, I feel like one the completely halts game progression should be a little higher on the list than nerfs/buffs.
If by any miracle you can continue from this point please recomment on this thread. A part of me doesn't even want to play my alts even cause what is the point if they will all become stuck in the same spot?
