get to the scroll part talk to him put the scroll in correct order and nothing happens. i abandons this quest 4 times and reload ui few times and nothing happens.
@ first i thought b/c i quickly put the scroll down instead talking to the npc but that didn't help either Cmon ...i dont want to keep re doing this and hopeing ti would work.
going to finish other quest but i know i would need to finish this 1 sooner or later.
