Technically, in general, the after PvP fight wait to mount is a little extreme. PvE isnt this way, since I assume once the mob returns home (if you are running) or dies you can mount.

Now on the PvP side it all needs a tweak. I made some LONG runs last night chasing some after a kill. This is on my nightblade yet. Wonder if the siphoning affects too. I dont recall my Templar being that bad, but I will watch next time.

On the other people, its a balance. I already fill that sorcerors spamming that dam teleport have to much advantage. It ignores terrain that others can get a toe stubbed on and slowed. There does need to be a solid no mount up period..

This is NOT the problem..... It's being brought into combat when you shouldn't and staying in combat way too long after all the fighting has ended!

I was running around in Razak's Wheel last night with a group. I'm a NB and was using DW/Destro at the time and long after the fighting stopped the game would scream at me that I was still in combat.

Could not change skillls, could not logout, could not send mails, could not travel to player to leave, etc..

Finally had to kill the process and log back in to clear it.

My main character, a NB, is so resolutely incapable of remounting in Cyrodiil that I recently picked up Restoration Staff because I figured I'd at least be in the good company of my party's healers who also cannot mount. I've timed it and sometimes I cannot mount while running across Cyrodiil for 10 minutes. It's astonishing, especially as I have the 48k Light Horse which I've leveled up to level 50 and use Maneuvers to gallop off to battles all of the time; now just as often I have to run using Maneuvers and Refreshing Path.

and the problem is still not fixed.

I wonder if Zenimax even WANT to compete with the big MMO competition. Bugs like this one need to be solved ASAP, instead we get some useless remark from ZOS staff who don't even bother really.

This isn't exclusive to Resto staff healers, it can happen while using the Twohander Momentum and it's morphs.

I have send in probably 1 bug a month about this, for 6+ months I have been unable to mount in cyrodil when I have rally on my hotbar, NOT because I healed before I tried to mount, this bug lasts several minutes and i'm not healing or in combat.

In many cases I cannot mount 5+ minutes after combat. Why the hell are they not fixing this.

I still have this problem... I play a stam NB with rally in my bar and its absolutely annoying...

I am ALWAYS the last to be able to mount. Sometimes I cannot mount for MINUTES, while my group members are long gone.

I´m missing most of the fights because I am the last to show up in the fights and when I approach the scene all of my stamina is gone because of running behind my group.

How the f... can it still be so bugged after months of complaining?

And yes... this is just one of the major problems the game has...

We understand that this is an intended function of the game and i agree with it.

This isn't the issue however, all threats will be neutralized and will still take an entire run on foot to another keep and still registering in combat while still no threats exist. or we will remove ourselves far from combat and still saying we are in combat.

Um problem is the threat is gone and dead and I'm having to still run half way across cyrodiil while half my group can ride their horse no problem and they were in the same fight. Not only that but it extends sometimes up to 10 minutes with the transit shrines in Cyrodiil.

I experienced that if you attack some enemies and they survive the fight... youre unable to mount. No matter how long it takes, no matter how far away you are, if they survive and manage to escape, you stay in combat forever.

If youre in a group, every enemy that is engaged by your group triggers this behaviour.

Everyone with Rally in the hotbar will suffer from this. Others can mount and ride away. I cant. Im always running my stamina bar empty.
