Strange Red Symbol on Compass

First things first, I have no addons installed that would affect the compass. This symbol only appears right after logging in or resetting the UI, and for those of you who can't tell, it's the large red thing that looks like horns, just to the left of the center of the compass.



anyone have any ideas for what exactly this is? I'm at my wit's end.

is it always in the same spot when you log in? I havent seen it before myself

I see your map position is changed, is that from an addon? wonder if they are connected

it's always in the same spot, even if I turn or move around. and it's been happening since before I installed the map addon, so it isn't related to that.

Have you tried to disable all of your addons and gone into your u"C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\SavedVariables" folder and cleared your addons saved variables?

That to me looks to be related to one of the various addons you have running.

I got that too. No idea how/when this came to be. It only shows for a few seconds when I first login and then it vanishes.

It's one of those things I don't really worry too much about, but if there's a way to disable that weird thing then by all means, I'd like to know.

I'm using Azurah addon that gives you ability to relocate different ui elements and where ever I move target heath bar that red symbol moves with it. So it has nothing to do with compass, it's tied to target health bar. It only appears when you log on and vanishes as soon as you target something that has a health bar.

ah, so it's connected to the health bar? interesting. still not sure what it's supposed to be though.
