I have been forced to forsake my vr6 main character because Sinmur will not spawn at the end of the Rift. I have been there for 2 weeks now, and it is very frustrating. I understand it's not as crucial as the people who had all skills/gear deleted, but I am paying for this, after all.
At first, I only did all the Cadwell Silver quests because I wanted to go to the DC areas. This should have spawned Sinmur in the first place (at least that's what I gather from reading the journal), but it didn't. So I went back and did every single quest in the Rift (I have 61/61 completed) and he still won't show up. I never rushed anything when I entered the area where he should be, neither the king nor any NPCs do anything when I go in. Please address this ZOS, many people have encountered this issue.

Edit: There are a couple threads about this already, and they state you have to abandon ALL quests. I tried to abandon all but Cyrodiil, and got nothing, so then I abandoned everything (except the main, which you can't) to where I only had 1 quest active. I logged out, back in, did a couple things in another town, came back, picked up the quest and it worked. So try that.Edited by elwhy on June 6, 2014 8:07AM
