The crit nerf and a way to balance the armors

So they nerfed ultimate gain from crit, from 3 points to 1. How about giving heavy armor 2 points and medium 3. That way the roguish types get their crits back and people start using different armor types.
Maybe make that the 5 piece set bonus for those armor types.
I think you would even see other weapons than just staffs then too. Ooh only have those values for weapon based attacks. Then you would definately see more armor and weapons being used.
It would at least be a start to fixing the fact that the game only rewards stacking magic, at the moment.

It is less an armor thing with this nerf, and more of a single target/aoe spam thing.
