Somewhat confused here.

As @Dominoid told you, ZOS run ESO, Bethesda have nothing to do with it.

Your comment "!! now i can only accesses TESO with my game account" doesn't make sense, as you're posting here and can play ESO we have to assume your ESO account isn't the one you're referring to.

Since you can post here and play ESO I guess you have upset Bethesda somehow so you'll have to take it up with them, it doesn't seem to be ZOS who banned you from something.

It's probably a fake email. I get fake emails (phishing attempts) about WoW and Guild Wars on my delapidated Hotmail account. Neither of those accounts were ever setup with my Hotmail address, so I know it is fake!
