Each instance uses up processing power on the server, so I doubt they will do it that way. They might create an area where people can challenge others to duels. Or they might not.

I agree and Small groups need individual spawn camps as well to help stay away from the zerg I made a post about this but not sure where it disappeared to....
How about this. PVP Small Zone in 5v5 queue each team on 1 side of the map.
5 Bosses 10 Players when all 5 bosses are dead map ends and team that killed more bosses wins
Not soon, not later, but now! tired of searching for players to solo, only to be ganged up by a bunch of sneakers.
Let me compete against friends and enemies from the same or other alliances in a closed arena.

You can find endless 1v1s you just need to know where to go. This is where they are....
Look at the map and see what keep is being attacked. Next look at the close keep the attackers have in the supply line. this is where they will port to and run out from to head to that keep siege. Now just wait between these 2 locations, Every class can sneak so just wait for a 1v1.
If your side is attacking wait in the same spot the defenders would be coming from.
Not sure even ganking is allowed in this game. From what I understand, ganking is when a PvP forces a PvE into PvP mode. But if you enter Cyrodill at all, you're already in PvP mode, so don't see that as ganking.
