Cannot Repair Wall of Keep in Cyrodiil

Last night I ran into a very annoying bug keeping me from repairing the keep walls. I do understand that a keeps walls can only be repaired under certain circumstances; I was attempting to repair a keep when no combat was occurring and while others were successfully repairing the wall. Essentially I had the repair material selected and I would hit "Q" and nothing would happen at all. I also tried to repair gates and siege equipment last night and that worked perfectly fine. I can only note that unlike for the other materials for repairing a gate and siege equipment where I had less than 20 in inventory; my wall repair materials were double that at 40.

i've had this problem many times, both for repairing keep walls and doors

the only way to fix it was a relog - which in cyrodiil, when there is a queue to get in, is not worth doing.

but now on top of that, if you repair an inner keep wall, once the door respawns, you can't use it and have to go around.

Next time you encounter this issue, try to split or destroy the stack of repair items and see if it gives you a "item in use" error message on the top right hand corner. If so, it is an issue that has been around for a long time, probably since game launch. Likely triggered when your character is in the process of repairing and halted either because the wall/door you are repairing is at 100% before your animation completes, or it got damaged in the process.

The only way I know to fix this once it occurs is to relog.

I did try splitting the stack and that neither helped nor created any error messages.
