Quest: God of Schemes bugs (are we still in a Beta) or just random venting

This is a question to all till someone removes this post, and the question is "Are we still in the Beta and no one got the word about it?" I mean for a "main" story line quest to be glitched and the countless others bugs still in the game that they fix maybe 1 a week, why is a quest that is the flag to continue your PVE bugged still, you put in your ticket and get a "thank you for giveing us your money we'll work on it slowly so maybe we can get another payment from you." I know a few made it past that point and they said they think they where lucky.
But again the real question we still in the Beta...?
I just needed to vent out a bit pls use this discussion to vent out if needed and maybe one day they will listen

just out of curiosity, what bug? I completed this quest without encountering any problems 2 days ago
(not saying that there is no bug just that I haven't seen it, nor have I seen it mentioned)
