So there is one thing in particular that frustrates me when trying to plan a new build or think of what I need to counter specific other builds.
There are the general rules per ability as to what will increase/decrease the dmg based on the resource it consumes, however i have seen many people debate on the abilities that are exceptions to this rule or that i have personally found. It makes things more confusing than it should.
I often am lost as to whether a class/weapon/guild/world/etc.. ability is mitigated by armor/spell resist/elemental resist/etc
The same is true to critical rating and damage scaling with respect to stamina/magicka/weapon dmg/spell dmg
Now, I have also seen many asking for tooltip changes that specify these aspects and clearly those haven't come due either to time constraint, technical difficulties, w/e it is not mattering entirely as if you wanted to change them you would.
Something I have thought of recently to aid us in the meantime might serve as a temporary fix, or a source of more specific detail.
Have a section under "game guide" that is labeled "ability details" that can have either a skill by skill description or a chart with ability names down the side and "scales with..", "mitigated by.." and "crits with.." categories across the top
Edit: Perhaps even a ratio of how each ability scales with a particular resource.
