Can't leave Cyrodiil dungeon - The destination is full.

I'm questing in Cyrodiil with a few of my friends, and we're stuck in a dungeon. Every time we try to leave, we get the loading screen for Cyrodiil, then end up back in the dungeon with a message that "The destination is full."
This is bologna. I shouldn't have to suicide to leave a dungeon.
