If this is how so many people feel, I don't see how the game is still up and running. Will they shut it down soon?
As other say any forum is full with haters, enjoy the game, best advice is to find a good guild or better multiple.

Have alts in all 3 but prefer EP (minus Shadowfen)...

Geez, dude... I thought Shadowfen was the only good part. We must be polar opposites from one another. Perhaps you are my arch nemesis?

Have at thee! *unsheathes his sword*
Currently VR3 and my least favorite is Shadowfen.
Might be that the main enemy is Dominion.

One benefit of Dominion is that you pretty much get to kill or at least punish the bad guys in your faction.
Doing it as VR it has the benefit that you don't fight other factions so much, a bit against DC in the two last but I guess most of it can be skipped.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    I found the PVE enjoyable

never liked pvp for some reason

    ok for a new player
u need to sell all the green stuff u find usually level 1-20 stuff goes for 100-200 gold 20-40 stuff goes for 200-350 and 40-50 goes for 350-500 max

as for blues and purples they are worth more but depends on market

gold and purple stuff is expensive dont throw away cheap

join 3 trading guilds with 200+ members

and join a nice guild with people you can have some fun with

Even though AD is my main since that's where my friends rolled, I had a more fun experience with EP. Partly because it didn't feel like I was having to hold my monarchs hand for 30 levels because she's frowny facing about people not taking her seriously, and partly because the alliance war felt more central to the pact stories - AD was apparently undergoing perpetual invasion from the maormer.

    My advice:

    1) Enjoy the world. Advice from people about VR levels is not appropriate advice for new players.
    2) Read the books.
    3) Listen to the quest givers.
    4) Take up crafting - you don't need to spend "all" your points in them, just a few.
    5) Take a look at esoui.com, personally I use research assistant, bank manager, skyshards and lorebooks.
