Is ZOS seriously OK with people just grinding anomalies and burials in Craglorn? Because without camping out spamming zone chat for dungeon groups for an hour, I can't put one together - and that's just 4 people. Dungeons are infinitely more interesting, but they're not more rewarding, than these grinds. I think ZOS seriously underestimated people's lust for purple loot drops and XP.
My recommendation: Make world spawns slower by about half, and make them more likely to drop blue and green and less likely to drop purple. That way the dungeon bosses still matter. Either that, or let public dungeon bosses drop purple *set* pieces.
