The "slight" increase in Biting Jabs magicka cost really was slight.

I just logged in to check. Looks like it went from a base cost of 42 magicka to 46 magicka. So, about 9.5%. I can live with that. I didn't actually play, though, cuz I was just sneaking in for a minute during lunch hour. So I can't say whether the hot bar being essentially frozen and unusable for a second or so after casting Biting Jabs is fixed. If it is fixed and the cost increase is only about 10%, that is acceptable. Not ideal since this was a class and a skill that did not need nerfing, but 10% increase is not an OMG-I-Am-Unsubbing level of nerfing.
