Leaving guild + Items in guild store

Just a quick question.. I have noticed my guild master clearing out inactive players and was just wondering, if they had items up for sale in that guild store would the items be auto cancelled and mailed back to the seller?
The reason i ask is because I'm off on my holidays soon and didnt know if it would be wise to remove all my items from the store just in case.
