I'm getting reported for merc spamming?

So yea. I placed down 15 mercs on a resource and then 3 people from the opposite faction whispered that they are reporting my whole guild for placing mercs down.. because half of the time they bug.
now they threatened us saying that they got some people of their guild WHO AREN'T in cyrodiil to report it. so now there are 40+ people reporting 10 peoples account names due to trying to defend resources and keeps
I have never reported anyone for merc spamming and am a legit pvper....
