Infinite Loading Screen - Entering or moving within Reaper's March

I've been encountering this issue all afternoon when attempting to enter the Reaper's March, or, if I'm lucky enough to have gotten into it, when exiting instanced areas, such a dungeons. Any time the Reaper's March loading screen comes up, it jsut hangs and I have to Alt-F4. I've repaired the launcher, waited >15 mins to re-launch and re-log, but to no avail. I've not encountered this issue prior to today My 31. Anyone else having this or similar issues?
