ZeniMax, You've Taken Away the 5-Day Extension We Were Given -- "The Road Ahead - May 1st"

You've clearly taken away the extra five (FREE) days we were given from May 4th to the 9th when you removed days of our Game Time Remaining. You need to give us back the time we're owed and we paid for, and this is something that shouldn't have been overlooked so easily.

What It SHOULD Be Reading: 163 Days

    Do you still see it under Billing History on the account page? I see "complimentary_5_day_game_time".

    Do you still see it under Billing History on the account page? I see "complimentary_5_day_game_time".

    Yup, it's still there, but it was applied on 5/2/2014 instead of 5/4/2014: [complimentary_5_day_game_time]

    However, that shouldn't matter because on 5/9 under my Billing History, that was the date I started my 180-Day Game Time Subscription. Did you have this problem showing on your Game Time as well?

    I am in the same boat but I am showing even a Different date then the poster What gives with this? I too myself signed up for the 180 day Sub...

    If you recall they had us set billing on that Sunday gave us an extra 2 days cause of all the down time in early access...

    on 4-7-14 12:01 AM that should of started my 30 days of free time.
    Then they gave us 5 free days

    total = 7 days of free time.
    under my billing history I have a date of 5/11/2014

    The way I look at it we should of not been billed till 5/12/14 if my math and me adding up the days are right lol.

    Hard to find any aspect of this whole game that is not broken from billing to bugs to lazy bosses to etc etc.

    I'd expect bugs from a major launch but I would not expect the casual lazy attitude to fixing them.

    Precisely, and I almost forgot about those extra two days myself. On top of that, I had another bug in-game that prevented me from having any social communication whatsoever with ZeniMax and all other social functionality in game (say chat, tells, zone chat, group chat, guild chat, in-game mail, etc.) that forced me to go back-and-forth with ZeniMax over the course of 4 Days of my own game time to get this issue resolved (in which time I lost over half the friends on my friend list because they all thought, and still think, I was ignoring them).

    ^ My issue with that was horribly timed right after I had left my guild due to drama that incurred within it, so you can only imagine the amount of hate mail and responses I got during that time I was unable to respond to anybody, and it basically forced me to stay logged-out of the game until the issue got fixed (still lost really good friends I had, anyways, because of it all, and the ones I had left lost trust in me).

    ZeniMax needs to learn how to compensate players for issues they're having in-game. There are many who were affected by the 301 Error, wrongfully banned, Infinite Loading Screens, Memory Leaks, even some who had their hard-drives completely wiped. These people should also be attributed some sort of compensation for the issues they're having, or else ZeniMax is going to lose a lot of loyal customers.
