My account is banned - How can i prove my innocence?

Since yesterday i was talking via mail to support because my account got banned for "suspect behavior". After providing them with Email Address, UserID, last Card Digits and Secret Answer they verified that i have been confirmed for "Gold Farming".

How is this even possible, last few days i was very active on the forum (mostly complaining about the Templar nerf) and since the last patch i only fed my horse with my main lvl 49 Templar and tested some new lvl 1 alts (nightblade and sorcerers).

I paid good money for this game, invested a lot of time in my character, i never used anything against the rules, i didn't insult people, i didn't spam, i even reported gold spammers/farmers because i hate them with a passion.

I was playing this game since beta, i barely made money for a horse and my main character has 10k gold on him. (that's maximum i ever had after the first horse without investing in a backpack or bag)

How can i prove my innocence and recover my account? ..is it possible that i was hacked? I didn't receive any mails informing me of "Login From Unknown IP Address"

What can i do? Should i continue talking to support via mail? They already gave me a verdict. Is there a number i can call?

There is a dispute process. On the support page of the eso website. There is a specific drop down for ban dispute. Go there. Alternatively what I would do is call them. Ask for account disputes and ask for a supervisor if they put you off. You'll be put on hold. Be patient and polite and see what they can do
