    I am assuming they fixed whatever was wrong with their account page that was giving players all sorts of extra game time they didn't pay for

    I consider it earned since they still havent compensated me the 4 days I lost do to them mistakenly banning me, they never answer my support tickets. ZOS customer service is absolute crap.

    But I would agree you definitely deserve the four days back if you weren't able to play through no fault of your own. Try filing a ticket for that specifically?

    I have a dozen times and Ive gotten a dozen BS replies that do nothing.

    It is kind of coincidental that 56 - 22 does = 34. Most of the people I read that had extra days added to their account, had exactly 30. I wonder if they legitimately gave your account 4 days, and then in fixing the +30 problem reverted all of the days?

    Checked my account, had exactly an extra 34 days yesterday, now back to what it should be. Even though it was an obvious mistake on their account page, I am anticipating massive forum rage over the extra time being removed lol !!!. making batch of popcorn now....

    I got a 3 day pass added in for when they billed me and didnt let me play at sub time, to keep me playing. I dont consider that *** payment for my actual lost time via their mistaken bans (happened twice they apologized twice but not before both bans were served in full :neutral_face: )

    The extra 30 days that some people received was a mistake. They are now fixing it. Why should only some of you get those free 30 days and not everyone else.

    Not everyone has and some of those people got extra 30 days tacked onto their account. If you guys get the extra 30 days then everyone who is a current subscriber should get them also.

    No thanks, once my sub runs out I'm gone for good... Or until I have a good reason to come back. Don't want more time. Already playing SWTOR again anyway.

    Wow, and here I thought they were showing some sense. Giving everyone a month free would have gone VERY far in restoring some of the trust we used to have in them. And they now remove it. Ah well, might consider that cancellation again...

    Look at this topic I just made. It's everyone's accounts that got affected if we had the extended game time from May 4th-9th, as stated by "The Road Ahead - May 1st," and whoever is over this in ZeniMax needs to pay more attention to free-time given on these accounts in the future.

    This is time we've paid for and we're owed.

    No it is not everyone's account that was affected. Mine was not affected at all with either the 30 days added to it or the removal of 5 days. plus your issue won't be handled on the forums as it is an account/billing issue and can only be taken care of thru a ticket.

    They accidentally added 30 days gametime to some accounts (including mine) earlier this week. This has just been fixed.

    I've already placed a ticket to them, but it's more than just a few accounts that got affected by this, which is why they need to look into fixing it so people don't lose their game time.

    How do you know it is more than a few. You are the only one that posted that you had 5 days removed from yours. they would still have to handle it case by case basis cause as i mentioned it can only be handled by a ticket.

    Getting Customer Support on the cases I've had in the past, as well as my experiences with their support, has overall been a very good experience for me and have fixed issues I've had plenty of times before in the past with the game when submitting tickets. It's been a lot better than most online games I've ever played at launch, that's for sure, with pretty quick response times too. Though, I will admit to having two tickets closed abruptly by two different agents, which I then reported immediately to ZeniMax right afterwards.

    It really just depends on who you get on the other side at times, though, so I understand your experiences might differ from mine largely.

    It's when I get sent replies that are clearly pulled straight from a template and show me that the CS representative didn't take the time to glance into my ticket history or read my messages sent to them that really begins to irk me, which seems to be the issue you're experiencing as well, in which case I agree that some CS agents need to attribute their responses better to the actual issues we're having and opening up, rather than ignore them.

    @Korozenn I am also in the same boat as you it seems but even more weird are the dates of mine to yours.
    Keep us posted if you get it fixed I also submitted a ticket in game for this issue and posted in your thread about my issue that your also having!

    Damn, there was me genuinely thinking that I'd gotten those 30 days for all the hassle and in game time I lost trying to get a subscription set up :( An issue that STILL isn't resolved incidentally. I still can't set up a sub without using a game card bought at a store. The tight Scot's git in me REALLY wants to use the six month sub option :(
