This armor set is supposed to give 14 stamina recover, which it does, but also a 20% damage bonus to all Weapon attacks, making a stamina build actually viable in ANY situation. It however, does not give either a bonus to base Weapon Damage or Weapon ability Damage.

Gisgo✭✭✭✭✭Are you sure? It isnt supposed to buff your weapon damage (power) and your light/heavy attacks damage but only the damage on weapon skills.
I cant check now the EU server is down.
