Are there any mods out there that will let you take screen shots from any angle? I don't like how I can't take a screen shot from any angle in third person, it always locks the camera to your center mass.

    Hmm... other than using middle mouse button for free look mode (which is not what you're looking for, i know) i haven't noticed anything else on changing perspective, angle or focus.

    If you stand still and move your mouse around with weapons sheathed you should be able to pan the camera around your character. Alternatively the free look mode as Vantor mentioned, if you want to do it while moving.

    The camerea is focussed on your character and cannot be unstuck from him/her. Propably intentionally so you cannot just look around corners without being seen in PvP or similar stuff.
    Stuff that works well in single player games does not translate to a (competitive) multiplayer game.
