Textures not loading properly.

So on top of the incredibly craptastic low quality textures the game's been running since patch, I've also got this going on intermittently.
I'm using the newly released NVidia driver that I just downloaded last night. I've been getting the low quality textures since patch, but this is new.
Going to try rolling back my driver to see if it fixes this particular issue but I'm kind of doubting it.
I'm using a 250 GTS.
