Well....Having Login Error - Timeout Error for the past hour

I just logged in about a hour ago 8PM EST now i currently can't log in randomly at 9:24PM EST I get the Error *Login Error - Timeout Error*
I did the common fixes like renaming your program file and repairing my game i rest my PC twice i have no idea whats wrong with my game it has ran flawless since day 1 until now
