Random Load Screen, Crash to Character Screen, Loss of Progress

As I was progressing through the Aldmeri Quest: Circus of Cheerful Slaughter for Mages Guild in Greenshade, Marbruk - I got a random load screen (which happens A LOT recently) this was followed by the character screen and when I logged back in I had lost all progress in the quest. About 25 minutes worth. I was up through the 2nd of 3 phases of the quest. However, the loot obtained from containers was not lost - only my progress in the quest. When is this stuff going to stop?

✭I was hoping this would be fixed with the server reboot. Yesterday I experienced much the same thing, random kick out to the character select screen, and upon logging back in, 25 minutes of progress lost, including the entirety of a quest. This happened in Stonefalls, and is occurring in this location for many other folks as well. I did not have the items looted from containers, though; it just started me off before I accepted the aforementioned lost quest, like it never happened. Very discouraging. We better submit a support ticket. Again.0
