A very odd shadow glitch (With photos)

Ever since I started playing this game in April, I have been having these shadow glitches. I have re-installed the game and my OS multiple times. I have installed the correct graphics drivers for my card and there is still no change. Help...

OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Graphics : ASUS Radion HD 6770
Processor: AMD Quad Core (which runs app. 3.9 GHz)
RAM: 8 GB
-Direct X is version 11

    I just read that it could be your ATI drivers causing conflict with your OS. Might look into that or try adjusting settings.
