I still can receive whispers
Well like the title says...going on 2 months now and after I have sent more than one bug report I still can't receive whispers from people in-game. Always says account not found....please help ZOS

Do you have an ' or an ` in your name? My friend had that and none of us could PM her. So she called ZOS and changed her UserID to something without the ` or ' in it. Then she quit the guild and got re-invited to it and all was well. Had to unfriend and re-friend her too.
