Please Fix Templar's Puriyfing Light/Power of Light ability

Currently this ability caps out at 1440-1460 damage no matter how much I or my group does during this time. According to the tooltip, after 8 seconds (with passives) an additional 40 percent of damage done (I"m assuming ALL not just self) is done again to the target. Even if this was just SOLO damage I know (using FTC) that I"ve done way more than 4000 damage in those 8 seconds (my average dps single target long boss fight is 400-500) and yet no matter how much damage I do the light always ticks for 1440-1460 every single time, when it should be more along the lines of 3k or more. IF there is a cap please state so on the tooltip, otherwise remove the cap.

If there is a cap it's really stupid because there is a passive that increases duration of Dawn's Wrath abilities, a.k.a stack more damage. Making this pretty useless.

I didn't do the math but i agree, this does not deal 40% of total damage dealt during channeling.

Fix it please.
