Hello everybody i am kinda new in this game level 49. Today i saw a video here: 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkAZ0KLnWLk where guy spams mist form which costs about 500 magicka and his magicka barelly dont move still100% his magicka regen is awesome. How is it possible? I have personally every magicka regen and spell reduce passive that exists on breton sorceror(+8 above mana regen cap). Does he have any special buff or something? What i am doing wrong? I havent been in cyrodiil yet.
