Is the quest having to do with Razak's Opus bugged?

In bangkorai I did the quest in Razak's wheel in which at the end I had watched videos of people getting Razaks Opus as a reward, however, when i did this quest, at the end when i talked to the dwemer spider, it just died, it didnt reward me, and the quest seemed to complete on its own without any notice to me. I dont know what happened but i cannot get the dwemer spider pet at all now. I've asked around already and it has happened to others but nobody seems sure why.

Well when i finished it, the lack of any reward was kinda like a slap in the face.

My husband & I Just completed Razak's Wheel we did all the quest inside but did not get the mechanical vanity pet spider. We did it at level 32. We talked to the Razak's Opus at the end, it just walked around then exploded, It said we completed the quest but did not get the pet please help.

Is there any way you can give us the pet or reset quest or both?
I just want my Vanity Razak's Opus pet, we fought so hard to get it and nothing.
*eyes tears up* this one is so sad now....
!! Please help !!

My husband and I just finished the dungeon and neither one of us got the pet, only got gold.

We're from EP doing VR quests in DC, but I don't think that should make a difference.

I have check a video on youtube about how to get it and I did the exact same thing as he did but never got any reward... Only a spider robot falling apart in pieces then a lady thanking me for retrieving her papers.

same here - went there for the pet (husband had it happen to him as well) and no reward, he just explodes

I submitted a bug report and this is the response:

This particular quest bug is a known issue, and the team is currently working on a solution. Meanwhile, your issue is being escalated to the proper team so they sort this out, I'm sorry for the frustration this may have caused you and we'll try to get back to you as soon as possible!

Too bad this little bug is bugged right now (har har har). I'm sure we'll get him eventually.

Same thing happened to me, has been driving me up the wall trying to figure out why I didnt have the reward for the longest time until I searched the forums and found this and other posts. I submitted a ticket 140529-007274 in the hopes I can get them to reset the quest flag on my character or just give me the item.

I know it probably wont happen though.

Same thing happened to me just now. I did the quest with a friend and we both only got some gold as a reward. We never got the dwemer spider pet. I submitted a bug report. I hope they fix it, I really wanted that pet.

Dangit! Wish I read this thread before doing Razaks wheel... samething happened to me. I thought it must have been killed by all the other Spiders, though non of my other pets interact with the environment like that. Hope we either get mailed it or have to do it again. Something to ensure we get the pet in the end.

We suggest that you use the /bug command, and providing as much information as possible so that we can gather enough datas to identify the exact cause and fix it.

What information do you want - nobody is getting the pet despite completing the quest - really not that complicated.

It's the only pet in game available to me and had to wait until VR10 before I was able to get it as I am playing AD - then the things is bugged like everything else in this broken game...

Just send the pet to players who have completed the quest.

Lots of quests are broken. I just spent over an hour clicking on a damn red frog that you are supposed to capture and NOTHING worked. The frog just goes hopping around the cave and ignores the clicks.

Updated: I finally got the little red sob! After logging off and back on, I finally got him. I think the game was lagging just a wee bit so my clicks were not counting in time.

It was still difficult but not impossible the way it had been earlier.

In fact customer support was 5 stars when i reported this bug they sent me the pet to my main charecter (the one that completed the quest) via in-game mail.

I had the same issue as everyone here. Jut like what the others have said, contact customer support and they'll happily send you one via in-game mail.

Okay thanks all, I contacted them in the game through 'Ask for Help' under quests, and they sent me the pet through the mail. They do currently know about this issue and have probably put it on their list of things to do.

I contacted the support but i got this message:
The Razak spider pet is a fun companion to have at your heels when you are adventuring around Tamriel, so I can understand why you're so annoyed that you did not get the pet after the quest.

It is usually because of a bug in the automatic delivery system for quest items. In this instance however that is not the case. There are two pre-requisite quests needed to gain the toy spider. You have completed the first one but have not completed the second quest just yet.

If you are having trouble locating this quest, your fellow players are always happy to share their knowledge on a subject like this. There are also a number of online guides that can provide you with the quest name and location as well.

Please be sure to find this particular quest in order to be granted the toy spider. If after you complete it, the spider is not still not granted to you, please contact me again and I will provide you with the spider through more manual means.

I hope to see you and your pet questing through Tamriel together very soon.

You have to do the quest all the way and make the dungeon icon turn white, which also means, you have to see the Spider get destroy in front of you.
